  Business Seminar (Colonial Heritage Club)

  September 6, 2013

 

   We held our business seminar in the conference room of the Colonial Heritage Club again!

 

  We invited Mr.Shiro Akiyama, Mr. Ryo Mizuno, and Mr. Shona Yamada ( Japan External Trade Organization, New York ). Seminar's titles were "The Tend of American Economy and Japanese Companies", "Business of South and Central America from the view of United States", and "Introduction of JETRO".            

 

  The 29 people who attended the seminar included directors from Japanese affiliated companies.

Mr. Matsukawa, chairman of Japanese Committee, gave an opening address.

 

 

Mr. Akiyama gave a speech regarding the trend of American economy and Japanese companies, which was based on his detailed data.

 

 

Mr. Mizuno's speech was based on his own experiences. It provided the listeners a new image of South and Central America

 

Mr. Yamada's careful explanation made the listeners able to learn more about activities of JETRO.

 

 

Mr. Nakamura, vice chairman of our society, concluded this seminar.

 

 

 

 

Those interested enjoyed a wonderful golf outing in the afternoon with great wheather and temperature.
